This qualification comprises of 2 units: 401 & 402, the air of these two units is to assure the Internal Quality of Assessment.  Candidates will be expected to implement and evaluate internal quality assurance systems within their company, also to support the assessor's development, monitor the quality of the assessor's performance and meet internal and external quality assurance requirements.

402: Internally Verify and Assure the Quality of Assessment

Level 4 Diploma in Learning and Development 6318-05
 

Overview and target group

The Level 4 Diploma in Learning and Development requires the achievement of two mandatory units and a minimum of six optional units selected from table 4. The structure provides two routes: one for the advanced learning and development practitioner and the other for personnel involved in managing learning and development.

Target groups for this qualification include:

  •  practitioners with relatively complex skills and significant autonomy who work across several, if not all, phases of the Learning and Development cycle
  •  people who manage Learning and Development provision at the operational level
  •  people whose job roles involve a mixture of practice and management

Candidates working towards Level 4 Award: must complete one mandatory unit 002 & five further optional units selected from table 4

Candidates working towards Level 4 Diploma: must complete two mandatory units 002/012 & six further optional units selected from table 5
