• To explain the logical approach to training, planning and preparation
• To identify the learning style and how people learn best
• To encourage creative thinking
• Plan and develop training sessions
• Deliver learning using a wide range of activities
• To generate sufficiency of evidence to meet requirements for units 001, 006, 008, 009 & 012 

On completion candidates will receive a certificate in the following L & D Level 3 Units:

001: Understand the Principles & Practices of Learning & Development 

006: Plan & Prepare Specific Learning & Development Opportunities 

008: Facilitate Learning & Development in Groups 

009: Facilitate Learning & Development for Individuals 

012: Reflect On & Improve Own Practice in Learning & Development (Level 4)

Those who will be expected to deliver training/coaching in the normal work environment
